You heard the man...

I love James Patterson's writing. I have the Maximum Ride books, and I'm currently in the fourth one. Also, he happens to be a Manhattan College alum, which I think is pretty cool.

Being that the people in my house watch the Hallmark Channel a lot--especially now that it's Christmas--I simply cannot get over James Patterson's commercial. He says something like: "Hi, I'm James Patterson, and I have a special message for you. Buy this book or I'll have to kill off Alex Cross. By the way, it's pretty good."

The commercial sounds so dramatic, though! It sounds like he's killing a real person, but it's just a fictional character.

I never read any of the Alex Cross books, so I don't think i could just go and buy this one. But hey--if you're reading, and you like the series, please go out there and buy a copy. Save Alex's life from literary diminishment....

FREEDOM! (And what I learned this semester)

Hey, everyone. So today is my first day of break. Yesterday I took my last final (stats), and I am SO glad my first semester of college is over.

Manhattan College, Home of the "Generic Guy"

One of the first things I noticed at my college within the first few weeks is how almost every guy at my college looks alike.

A Day in the Life of a Miley Cyrus Backup Singer

I saw the Best of Both Worlds Concert movie in theaters in 3D when it came out. And yes, I did notice the back-up singers. Two skinny blonde girls wearing the same outfit with stationary mic stands. Now, I will try to imagine what it's like to be one....

Smokers and Gamers

Recently, I've been wondering a lot about them smokers.

"Epiphany 3"

Those who know me well know that I was a big Myspace blogger at some point in time. I posted Epiphany 1 and 2 there.

This is Epiphany 3. It started out as a creative piece but it really became what I was feeling at that moment.
